These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BonaFide Pro platform ("the Platform") operated by BonaFide Pro ("we", "us"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

As a candidate on the Platform, you agree that:
The Platform is free for candidates. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or premium tiers for candidate accounts. This is a permanent commitment.
As a club on the Platform, you agree that:
BonaFide Pro provides a project verification service. When a candidate submits a project, our team reviews the submission and either marks it as VERIFIED or provides feedback explaining why it was not approved.
Verification means that in our reasonable assessment, the project description is credible and consistent with the claimed tools and context. It does not mean:
Clubs and employers using the Platform are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when making hiring decisions. BonaFide Pro verification is one signal of credibility, not a guarantee of employment suitability.
We reserve the right to reverse a verification decision at any time if we subsequently discover that a project submission was fraudulent or materially misleading.
The Platform includes a Courses section that lists third-party educational courses and learning resources relevant to football backroom roles.
We do not own, operate, deliver, or manage any of the courses listed. We do not endorse any specific course provider. The information we provide about courses — including pricing, availability, duration, and prerequisites — is for general guidance only and may not be current or accurate.
Always check directly with the course provider to verify current pricing, availability, content, prerequisites, and any other relevant details before enrolling. We accept no liability for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from reliance on course information displayed on the Platform.
Candidates: The Platform is entirely free for candidates. No payment is required at any stage to create a profile, submit projects, receive verification, appear in club searches, or use any feature of the Platform.
Clubs: Club access to the Platform may be subject to subscription fees depending on the pricing tier selected at registration. Specific pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out at the point of registration and may be updated from time to time. Where a club subscription is active:
Our content: All content on the Platform that is created by BonaFide Pro — including the design, codebase, branding, written guides, development pathways, and methodology library — is owned by BonaFide Pro and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform, including project descriptions, attachments, and profile information. By uploading content, you grant BonaFide Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating the Platform — including showing your profile to clubs conducting searches. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.
Responsibility for uploaded content: You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain confidential information belonging to others, and complies with all applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BonaFide Pro shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
We aim to make the Platform available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access to all or part of the Platform for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
By you: Candidates may delete their account at any time from within their dashboard. This will remove all associated profile data, projects, and messages. Club accounts may be closed by contacting us at bonafideproadmin@gmail.com.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without notice — where we believe the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued access poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform.
On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
