We read every submission. We assess whether the description is credible, whether the tools claimed match the nature of the work, and whether the project demonstrates genuine practical ability. We aim to review within 72 hours.
If the project meets our standard it is marked VERIFIED and contributes to the candidate's tier. If not, we send the candidate detailed feedback via their notification inbox explaining what was missing and how to improve the submission.
Verified projects appear on the candidate's profile and are visible to clubs searching the database. The candidate's tier updates automatically as their verified project count increases.

When a candidate submits a project, our team reviews the submission — the description, the tools used, the context, and any supporting files or attachments provided. We assess whether the work demonstrates genuine practical use of the claimed skills and tools. If it passes, it is marked as VERIFIED and contributes to the candidate's tier score. If it does not meet the standard, we provide feedback via the candidate's notification inbox explaining why.
We aim to review all submitted projects within 72 hours. During busy periods it may take slightly longer, but we aim to keep candidates informed. You will receive a notification directly in your dashboard when your project has been reviewed.

Clubs register at bonafide-pro.com/club-signup. After creating an account, clubs can immediately search the full database of verified candidates, filter by role, tools, experience and tier, view full profiles with verified project evidence, and message candidates directly.
